In partnership with Barley Snyder, LLC  and the Chambersburg Chamber of Commerce, this workshop will bring the latest employment law developments to Franklin and Fulton county businesses and industries.  Topics for coverage include:

  • 2009 Revision & Pending Legislation
  • Legal layoff landmines

The presenter- Richard L. Hackman- Associate at Barley Snyder
In his primary focus as an employment counselor, Rick devotes his time to insulating employers from liability through preventative measures. He frequently counsels clients with respect to their obligations under federal, state and local employment laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act , the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and the PA Human Relations Act.
