MANTEC promoted seven employees to reflect current job responsibilities.  Gary Egolf, Dave Fitzgerald, Brad Kreidler, Patrick Meese and David Hanan were all named Professional Business Advisors (PBAs).  PBAs maintain close relationships with manufacturing clients and act as an objective advisor.  As PBAs they assess opportunities for growth for manufacturers in MANTEC’s nine county region.  Each PBA covers a specific area:  Gary Egolf- Lancaster County; Dave Fitzgerald- Cumberland, Dauphin and Perry Counties; Brad Kreidler- York County; Patrick Meese- Lebanon and Northwest Lancaster Counties; David Hanan- Adams including Hanover, Franklin and Fulton Counties.

Douglas Keith, Jr. was promoted to Accounting Specialist and Information Manager.  Doug started at MANTEC in 2005 as the Administrative Coordinator and was promoted in 2007 to Financial Coordinator.  Doug is integral to the organization’s real-time dashboard and trend metric reports that allow management and staff to react quickly.  Additionally, he oversees accounts receivable and payable and designs reports to extract information from corporate databases.

Leigh Ann Wilson was named Marketing Manager.  She joined MANTEC in 2007 as the Marketing and Events Coordinator.  Leigh Ann manages all marketing and public relations activities to maintain a favorable public image in the region, to articulate the mission and to communicate products and services to manufacturers.  Additionally, she oversees the Customer Relationship Management database and coordinates corporate sponsored events.
