Keynote Address at National HR Conference

Carol Morton Tebo, SPHR, Director of Operations for MANTEC, served as the keynote speaker at the 2010 Nonprofit Human Resources Conference in Washington, DC, October 3-5, 2010.
In March 2010, MANTEC was selected as the Best NonProfit Organization to Work for in 2010 and Mrs. Tebo was invited to present MANTEC’s journey to applying for and being selected for this recognition. There were approximately 200 Human Resource professionals from across the U.S. in attendance. The conference was focused on Preparing for the Future. This was the third conference sponsored by Nonprofit HR Solutions, a consulting firm in Washington. The conference doubled its attendance from 2009. The fourth conference is being planned for October 9 – 11, 2011 in Washington, DC.
Mrs. Tebo holds a national certification as a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR) Certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has been employed with MANTEC since December 2000.
