Too many manufacturers don’t know their costs of doing business.  This hurts the current economy when getting new business requires you to really know your costs and how to quote competitively.  Even effective business leaders can read summary financial statements but never really address the underlying causes of their company’s financial performance and how to grow revenue by bringing in new business.
