What is an IRC?
The Industrial Resource Center (IRC) Program was established in 1988 to help small and medium sized manufacturers respond to changing markets, new technology and the competitive pressures that come from competing in a global economy.
The IRC program is operated by a network of seven private, non-profit organizations located strategically throughout the state. IRCs offer customized services that provide solutions to manufacturers' top challenges.
In partnership with regional, state and national resources, MANTEC uses experienced manufacturing professionals to strategically integrate services, manage projects, identify and direct catalyst investments to provide maximum impact for individual manufacturers and the economic prosperity of South Central Pennsylvania.

To Get on the Consultant Database
MANTEC uses a large number of consultants with wide ranges of expertise in manufacturing processes, financial systems, Human Resources, ISO/Quality and marketing, to list a few. In order for a consultant to be available for work with MANTEC clients, the consultant must be registered with MANTEC and listed on our data base. To be registered with MANTEC, the consultant must complete a series of forms including, but not limited to, confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements and conflict of interest statements. References and marketing materials are also required for registration to be considered complete. Once all the necessary paperwork has been completed, MANTEC staff will review the materials and verify references. Upon successful completion of the review process, the consultant will be entered into the MANTEC database. Upon completion of projects, consultants are evaluated by MANTEC staff and clients. Only consultants in good standing are considered for projects with clients.
To secure a consultant registration packet, please call the MANTEC York office at (717) 843-5054 and provide your mailing information to the receptionist.
