MANTEC is a private nonprofit organization governed by an independent Board of Directors with manufacturing executives accounting for at least 60% of its membership. At least 70% of the foregoing 60% shall be from small manufacturing firms. The President and CEO of the Corporation shall serve as a voting member of the Board. The remaining members of the Board represent non-profit organization and/or governmental agencies.
